Lockzone offers a free product support for 6 months starting with the day of purchase of a lockzone product. All support inquires will be handled via E-Mail.
Before sending a support inquiry please refer to our FAQ. The most common questions will be handled in this section.
Please refer to following informations as they are reuired to handle your request:
- Serial Number or CodeMeter-Stick Serial (How to find out)
- Product name
- the invoice
- the revision of the operating systems, where the problem occured.
